Heavy Snow Watch Area: Southland north of S.H 96 and west of S.H 90, and Fiordland about and south of Lake Te Anau Forecast: Snow lowering to 200 metres, with heavy falls possible above 400 metres where snowfall amounts may approach warning criteria.
