In Texas, Lower Jefferson County. * WHEN...From 1 AM Tuesday to 4 PM CDT Wednesday. * IMPACTS...Flooding of lots, parks, and roads with only isolated road closures expected. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Tides will be up to 2 feet above astronomical predicted levels with actual tide levels during high tide time between 1.5 and 2.0 feet MHHW. If travel is required, allow extra time as some roads may be closed. Do not drive around barricades or through water of unknown depth. Take the necessary actions to protect flood-prone property.
