In northeast Texas, Anderson, Henderson, Leon and Van Zandt. In south central Texas, Milam and Robertson. * WHEN...Through Monday afternoon. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Rainfall totals of 2 to 3 inches, with isolated higher amounts up to 4 inches. You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible Flood Warnings. Those living in areas prone to flooding should be prepared to take action should flooding develop.

This will likely cause urban and small stream flooding. Low lying and/or poor drainage areas will experience minor flooding in the advisory area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Waco, Bellmead, Woodway, Lacy-Lakeview, McGregor, Clifton, Hamilton, Meridian, Hico, Laguna Park, Valley Mills, Crawford, Hallsburg, Evant, Iredell, Cranfills Gap, Meridian State Park, Lake Whitney, Lake Waco and Northcrest. Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.
