For the Red River...including Fargo...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Red River of the North at Fargo. * WHEN...Until Friday afternoon. * IMPACTS...At 19.0 feet, Low-level dam south of Main Ave is closed (Fargo). * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:15 PM CDT Saturday the stage was 17.8 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage early Monday morning to a crest of 18.8 feet early Tuesday afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage late Thursday morning. - Flood stage is 18.0 feet. Safety message - Turn around, don't drown. Don't travel through flooded areas.
