Minor flooding is forecast. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Pawcatuck River at Westerly. * WHEN...Until late tonight. * IMPACTS...At 7.0 feet, Minor lowland flooding occurs along the Pawcatuck River. Along Route 3 in Hopkinton, floodwaters encroach on lowest lying homes in French Village. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 11:00 AM EDT Friday the stage was 6.8 feet. - Bankfull stage is 7.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 7.0 feet this evening.
