Winds will shift to the northwest this evening and be slow to diminish overnight. * Humidity...8 to 15% this afternoon and early evening, then slowly rising to 20 to 30% by late evening. * Duration...2 to 6 hours. * Impacts...The combination of gusty winds and low humidity can cause fire to rapidly grow in size and intensity before first responders can contain them.
