Special Weather Statement issued May 20 at 3:03AM EDT by NWS State College PA Patchy dense valley fog will reduce visibilities to less than a quarter of a mile through the mid morning, prime commute hours to work and school. If you'll be traveling, slow down, use the low beams of your headlights and allow extra time to reach your destination. The fog should lift in most locations by 9 am.
